We offer safe, welcoming homes with support that empowers individuals to live as independently as possible, make informed choices, and achieve their personal goals. Our services are fully tailored to each person’s unique needs, preferences, and aspirations.
We can assist individuals in securing their own tenancies in one of our properties or through one of our housing partners. Additionally, we offer both independent and shared accommodation options to ensure a safe, comfortable, and supportive living environment.
Each shared accommodation setting is thoughtfully arranged to bring together individuals with similar and complementary needs.

Outreach Support
We provide personalised outreach support to individuals in their own homes and communities, helping them live independently while staying connected to familiar surroundings.
Just like our supported living services, all outreach is completely person-centred. We recognise that receiving support in your own home is a deeply personal experience, and we do everything in our power to ensure you feel comfortable, respected, and in control.
Our supported living and outreach services cover a wide range of practical and emotional support, including:

Outreach support is also a valuable option for families and caregivers, offering respite on a regular basis or for short-term breaks such as weekends away or holidays.
Our Approach

Our team is highly trained and are dedicated to supporting not just daily living but overall well-being. Depending on location, we can offer Support Workers who drive to make outings in the community quicker, easier and more cost effective when compared to a taxi.
Our support is available from as little as a couple of hours a week up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
